Leaflets (downloadable pdfs) in foreign languages will be added periodically. If you are interested in volunteering to translate a brochure into your native language, please contact office@iuga.org.

The content of the IUGA Patient Information Leaflets reviewed every three years at a minimum.

IUGA can provide these translations thanks to the work of our members and volunteers, who are all passionate about making this information available in a wide range of languages. The quality of these translations is checked to ensure the translations are as accurate as possible, but there is a risk of inaccuracies and misinterpretation of some information. In addition, the translations may not be updated as frequently as the original English versions. For the most current version of any leaflet, the reader is referred to the English version. 

Dutch: 
Dankzij het werk van de IUGA leden en vele vrijwilligers zijn wij in staat om deze informatie in een groot aantal talen beschikbaar te maken. De kwaliteit van de vertalingen wordt gecontroleerd om ervoor te zorgen dat deze zo nauwkeurig mogelijk is, maar er is altijd een risico op onnauwkeurigheden en op een andere (of zelfs verkeerde) interpretatie van bepaalde informatie vertaald vanuit het Engels. Voor de meest actuele versie van de patiënteninformatie en -folders verwijzen wij altijd naar de Engelse tekst en versies omdat de vertalingen minder vaak en soms later worden bijgewerkt dan de originele Engelse versies. 

French: 
L’IUGA peut fournir ces traductions grâce au travail de nos membres et bénévoles, qui sont tous passionnés par la mise à disposition de ces informations dans un large éventail de langues. La qualité de ces traductions est vérifiée pour s’assurer que les traductions sont aussi précises que possible, mais il existe un risque d’inexactitudes et de mauvaise interprétation de certaines informations. De plus, les traductions peuvent ne pas être mises à jour aussi fréquemment que les versions anglaises originales. Pour la version la plus récente de toute notice, le lecteur est renvoyé à la version anglaise. 

Spanish: 
IUGA puede ofrecer traducciones de nuestros folletos gracias al trabajo de nuestros miembros y voluntarios, a quienes les apasiona hacer que esta información esté disponible en varios idiomas. Aunque controlamos y verificamos la calidad de estas traducciones para asegurar que las traducciones sean lo más precisas posible, les señalamos que siempre existe un riesgo de inexactitudes y mala interpretación de la información traducida del inglés. Además, las traducciones se actualicen con menos frecuencia (y, a veces, más tarde) que las versiones originales en inglés, así que para obtener la versión más actualizada siempre referimos al texto y las versiones en inglés.
